CLIENTS INCLUDE
"You can't sharpen the saw and saw at the same time"
Every team needs to pause along the way: to explore, talk, find new solutions and restart. A strategy or team session is exactly that pause.

APPROACH
Why it works
To achieve fundamentally different results and sustain them, you need to change how people think and behave. That's why we work on three levels at once.
Heart
Emotions, values, motivation, engagement, atmosphere, culture, lasting enthusiasm
Head
Analysis, knowledge, strategy, planning, understanding
Hand
Action, execution, practice, skills, implementation
PRINCIPLES
Our principles
- 01
The harder the challenge, the lighter the format
A light, engaging, dialogue-based format, not a lecture.
- 02
Values and meaning, not just skills
Lasting impact comes from working at the level of values and mindset.
- 03
Depth, not just "running and jumping around"
We bring people together at a deep level of values, not through entertainment.
- 04
Careful and respectful
We respect personal boundaries and go only as deep as the group and each participant are ready to go.
- 05
Relief while solving the challenge
Complex strategic issues get resolved while participants experience deep emotional relief.
- 06
Focus on the future
We look for solutions, not someone to blame.

FAQ
How is a session different from a training program?
Training teaches skills. A session solves a specific business challenge: the team reaches its own decisions and agreements, while the facilitator manages the process.
How many people can take part?
Anything from a small leadership team to large groups of 70–150 people. We tailor the session design and techniques to the group size.
How long does it take?
The session itself takes 1–2 days. Including the assessment, session design and report, the project takes about three weeks.
What if employees don't want to speak openly?
The first day is run as a business game: it eases tension and builds trust. We respect boundaries and go only as deep as the group is ready to go.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the challenge, format and number of participants. We'll give you a price after the first conversation and the assessment.
How do you ensure confidentiality?
We sign an NDA before the assessment begins. Interviews remain anonymous, and only general conclusions go into the report.
Shall we discuss your company's challenge?
A real conversation always beats any presentation.
It brings clarity to how we could work together.
