Companies bring me in when they need results, not just a training session delivered. Before we start, we agree on what will change, and we measure the metrics before and after.
I manage the group's energy and get people involved from the very first minutes. Even the skeptics and the tired.
I find creative solutions where the usual tools don't work.
Before a project starts, I tell you honestly what results are achievable. I only take on challenges I can solve.
About
Business trainer and facilitator of strategy and team sessions.
We start with a conversation about your challenge. Then comes a diagnostic phase: interviews with the manager and participants. After that, I propose a program tailored to your situation and finalize it with you.
20% theory and 80% practice. Information can be found in books; the value of a session or training program is in practicing skills on your real situations.
Look through the case studies and companies' reference letters on this page. And let's start with a conversation about your challenge: it will already show whether we're a good fit.
The most common ones: boosting sales, improving how a team and departments work together, aligning on strategy and goals, implementing service standards, and relieving tension and stress. Often there are several challenges at once, and the program is built to cover them all.
Always, and not just the industry, but the corporate culture too. I have the most experience in pharma, retail, FMCG, insurance, telecom, construction, and the chemical and metals industries.
We measure KPIs before and after: conversion, number of complaints, deadlines. We add participant surveys and goal markers. For example, after a strategy session, the team takes on tasks and ownership of them on its own.
For skills training, 6–15 people, so everyone gets to practice. For motivational and team formats, up to 50. For conferences and cycle meetings, 150–300, using large-group facilitation methods.
I'm always in favor. It builds trust, everyone gains a shared understanding of the topic, and no one can say later, "That's what the trainer told us." But for the duration of the session, the manager will have to be just a colleague.
The cost depends on the challenge, the number of participants and the number of days. It includes a meeting to clarify goals, interviews and surveys, program design, materials, delivery, a report and recommendations. I'll give you a price after our first conversation.
After the project, I offer a choice of follow-up support: call reviews with written feedback, field coaching, checklists, internal metrics, and follow-up meetings with the team.
Yes. I run sessions in Moscow, other regions of Russia, abroad and online. For on-site projects away from Moscow, it's best to arrange about four weeks in advance.
